LokerKita - PT XL Axiata Tbk, (sebelumnya bernama PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk) atau disingkat XL adalah sebuah perusahaan operator telekomunikasi seluler di Indonesia. XL mulai beroperasi secara komersial pada tanggal 8 Oktober 1996, dan merupakan perusahaan swasta pertama yang menyediakan layanan telepon seluler di Indonesia. Pada 16 November 2009, RUPSLB XL menetapkan perubahan nama perusahaan dari PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. menjadi PT XL Axiata Tbk. XL memiliki dua lini produk GSM, yaitu XL Prabayar dan XL Pascabayar. Selain itu XL juga menyediakan layanan korporasi yang termasuk Internet Service Provider (ISP) dan VoIP.

Pada September 2005, XL melakukan Penawaran Saham Perdana (IPO) dan mendaftarkan sahamnya di Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) yang sekarang dikenal sebagai Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Pada saat itu, XL merupakan anak perusahaan Indocel Holding Sdn. Bhd., yang sekarang dikenal sebagai Axiata Investments (Indonesia) Sdn. Bhd., yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki oleh TM International Sdn. Bhd. melalui TM International (L) Limited. Pada tahun 2009, TMI berganti nama menjadi Axiata Group Berhad dan di tahun yang sama PT Excelcomindo Pratama Tbk. berganti nama menjadi PT XL Axiata Tbk. untuk kepentingan sinergi.

XL Axiata telah menandatangani perjanjian untuk mengakuisisi Axis Telekom Indonesia, pada tanggal 26 September 2013. Perjanjian jual beli bersyarat atau conditional sales purchase agreement (CSPA) dilakukan dengan Saudi Telecom Company (STC) dan Teleglobal Investment BV (Teleglobal), yang merupakan anak perusahaan STC. XL disebut akan membayar nilai nominal saham yang disepakati dan akan membayar sebagian dari utang dan kewajiban Axis.

Saat ini, mayoritas saham XL dimiliki oleh Axiata melalui Axiata Investments (Indonesia) Sdn. Bhd (66,43 persen) dan sisanya dipegang oleh publik (33,57 persen).

Specialist - Retail Performance & Monitoring

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities

  • Provide proper recommendation & insights regarding opening retail store, retail performance & customer interaction 
  • Provide accountable supporting data & insight for retail store strategic decision making 
  • Prepare & analyze monthly customer interaction in retail store 
  • Prepare & analyze monthly retail store achievement 
  • Prepare & monitor KPI of retail stores & incentivize them 
  • Database queries that needed to be analyze

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (S1) Business Administration/computer science 
  • 3 years of experience in sales or retail Industry preferably 
  • Experienced in data analysis 
  • Familiar with SAP program 
  • Familiar with database program 
  • Advanced knowledge in telco industry, retail, or supply chain. 
  • Have a strong background in retail store

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the execution of IT technology development, and recommend changes to support the changing business landscape 
  • Responsible for the overall delivery of IT projects execution as required by the Business 
  • Lead the development of systems and application over multiple platforms (Billing, SOA, ERP, Decision Support System, etc.) 
  • Responsible for resolution of incidents/problems through high level problem / incident handling where developments of launched systems / applications is required 
  • Provide advice on the development impact on the business as consequence of requirements given by the business, which includes systems capabilities and delivery time.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of the industry and business acumen skills 
  • Have experiences managing big team (50-100 team members) 
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with 15 years of relevant experience; of which 5 years in a managerial role 
  • Good negotiating skills with vendors, contractors, and others 
  • Board knowledge on :
    • Data processing methods and procedures, and computer software systems 
    • Business office operations as it pertains to third party billing and reimbursement activities in a telecommunication environment 
    • Systems design and development process, including requirements analysis, feasibility studies, software design, programming, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management 
    • Business process analysis and redesign 
    • Design, management, and operation of managed IT system
  • Planning and organizing
